Creative is the New Intelligent (Notes)

SKU: 0011

What do you think of when you hear the word creative? Maybe you think of a person who’s really artsy or a well decorated home. Or maybe you think of an art museum or a cool website. Creativity is about so much more than artistic expression. It’s about finding new solutions to problems and creating a message that will stick in the minds of the listeners and connecting to remote people groups.

Creativity is what’s needed to bring lasting change to our world and to be successful in today’s corporate climate. In this workshop, Jenni and Jody will talk about how to cultivate creativity in our kids. They’ll talk about the necessity of embracing boredom, how to build a creative environment, how to embrace the mess, how to offer a diverse sensory diet for fueling creativity, your role as creative director and how to combat creativity assassins.
